New, improved ALMAX Door Stackers – inspired by painters

ALMAX Sales and Marketing Manager Brett Bishop says it was Kiwi painters who inspired the idea behind new, improved ALMAX Door Stackers.

“Whenever we talked to painters who were using the original door stackers, they said they loved them, but… They told us about a clever hack they were using to stop door edges from flaking. Turns out, they were using rubber washers as packers to stop contact with the door edge. Smart!”

We listened, and talked to the manufacturer. Now they’ve come back with a punched detail that holds the door off the stacker. No washers required!

We’ve also added a very durable, soft grip handle for greater user comfort.

ALMAX introduced the original door stacks to New Zealand about a decade ago. They caught on fast – saving a heap of time and space when painting doors – whether on new builds or renovations.

We reckon, with a bit of help from the painters out there, we’ve made a really good product even better!
